The Traces sample book shows the creative process behind my collections. The inserted fabric samples provide tactile interaction and the imagery sparks creative ideas around the application of the designs.

There is an ongoing trend to bring nature into our work and home spaces through the use of nature-inspired designs and natural materials. It is as if we have a yearning to connect with nature. All my designs are influenced by nature, its patterns, symmetry and secrets.

My 2018 collection, called Traces, found its form in the lush beauty and layered depth of an island jungle and in the fascinating lifecycle of leaves – growth to decay, and decay feeding growth. There are three ranges within the collection: Jungle, Autumn and Leaf Greens.
